PPTC Resettable Fuse

PPTC（Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient）

The characteristic of PPTC is that it exhibits low resistance under normal current conditions, which ranges from several mΩ to several Ω. In the event of an over-current failure, the resistance rises sharply to protect the back-end circuit. When applying PPTC resettable fuse to over-current protection, due to its excellent resettable characteristics, the circuit can be resumed automatically after the failure is eliminated. The device has several types of packaging, including lead-type packaging, patch-type packing, and sheet-type (band-type) packaging.
