Basic on the heat dissipation requirement of electronic products is getting higher. 2011, we set up a department of thermal conductivity and developed multiple patent ultrathin thermal materials (such as ceramic heat sink, graphite heat sink and all kinds of thermally conductive films) and successfully use on various electronic products.
